What does a resin bubble remover do?
A resin bubble remover removes air bubbles from resin to help reduce and even eliminate bubbles from your epoxy resin before you pour it in your mould or on your project.
A bubble remover works by using a vacuum pump to create a vacuum in a chamber, which causes the bubbles to rise from your cup and escape.
Why is the Resiners AirLess Pro so good?
The latest bubble remover from Resiners is even better than their current models. It has some improved features including:
- Bigger chamber
You can comfortably fit three cups in the larger chamber meaning you can remove bubbles from 3.2l at a time. - More timer options
You can now choose to set the machine away for 5/10/15 minutes depending on how much resin you add to the chamber or the viscosity of your resin. - Increased vacuum pressure
The Resiners AirLess Pro has an even more powerful vacuum chamber (-99kPa) which means it can get bubbles quicker and from deeper down in your cup. You will find you don’t have to repeat the cycle as much which is great.
How does the Resiners AirLess Pro work?
The machine is mega easy to use! All you do is:
- Pop your mixed resin in to the chamber
- Place the lid on the chamber
- Make sure the silicone plug is in
- Plug in your power cord
- Click AI to select your time
For low viscosity = 5 minutes
Regular viscosity = 10 minutes
High viscosity = 15 minutes - Press the play button
- Once the machine finished, it will beep.
- Take out your silicone plug and watch the bubbles disperse.
